Loose-leaf tea · New York City
Coffee had its moment.
Steeply is a New York tea house. Small-batch loose-leaf blends with real freeze-dried fruit, steeped with patience and poured without hurry.
Scroll slowly. The tea is steeping.
The blends
Steeped slowly, on purpose.
Every blend starts with loose leaf and ends with fruit you can see: mango, berries, peach and citrus, freeze-dried so their color and flavor hold.
Give it water at the right temperature and a few minutes. That is the whole ritual.
Real fruit
Freeze-dried fruit in every blend, never syrup.
Loose leaf
One teaspoon for every eight ounces of water.
The feather
